Tripti Sharma, a talented Indian classical and semi-classical vocalist from Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, began her musical journey under the guidance of Pandit Brij Gopal Vyas Ji. She pursued higher studies in music in Delhi, earning her Master of Philosophy and Master of Arts in Indian classical music and later a Doctor of Philosophy in the same field. Tripti's dedication to music has earned her accolades, including the Sangeet Prabhakar title in Music Vocal, Instrument (Tabla), and Kathak Dance. Her musical journey took a significant turn when she learned from Ms. Sunanda Sharma Ji, a renowned figure from the Banaras Gharana. Tripti followed the guru-shishya tradition and traveled with her guru, imbibing the essence of Indian classical and semi-classical music. Apart from performing on prestigious stages, Tripti imparts her knowledge as a Guest Assistant Professor at Kalindi College, affiliated with the University of Delhi. She is a graded artist on All India Radio (AIR) and has earned recognition and appreciation for her musical prowess. Now based in Stockholm, Sweden, Tripti passionately promotes traditional Indian music through performances and workshops. Her soulful renditions have captivated audiences both in India and abroad, leaving a lasting impression with her enchanting voice and musical talent.
