AI voiceover technology is rapidly evolving, and demand for it is clear. While we recognize its potential, and hear the demand from creators, brands, and artists, we also acknowledge that we’re at the beginning of this journey. Our goal is to develop technology and solutions that support voice artists, while maximizing the capabilities of emerging technology.

On the future of voiceover, voice artist Benjamin Noble says:

As we continue to refine and expand our offering, here’s what our partnership with voice artists looks like in the first year of Voices.

A fair and equitable partnership

We deeply value the artistry behind voice work, and are committed to ensuring fair compensation for the voice artists who choose to collaborate with us for our Voices tool. Our 2025 compensation model is built on two key pillars.

1. Upfront payment for base recording

Each voice artist receives a fixed fee for their recording session, which is used to train the AI model. This payment is not recouped against future bonuses or earnings.

2. Ongoing Voiceover Bonus pool

Voice artists also earn a share of our annual Voiceover Bonus pool, which is split proportionally based on the popularity of their voice on our platform. As our business grows, the bonus pool will continue to evolve.

Transparency and choice

We believe in open and transparent communication with our voice artists. Before joining Voices, artists receive clear details on:

• How they will be compensated
• The capabilities and potential use cases of the AI tool
• The terms of their agreement

Balancing discovery with privacy and security

We work with voice artists on a non-exclusive basis and want our voiceover tool to serve as an opportunity for them to gain additional promotion. If an artist opts in, their biography, name, photos, and a contact form will be included on their profile, allowing global brands and creators to connect with them for external voiceover work.

However, privacy and security considerations remain a top priority for us. We enforce strict ethical guidelines to protect our voice artists. Our platform includes content moderation and clear terms of use to ensure responsible AI voice generation.
