Commercial subscription
Whether you’re already monetizing multiple channels or getting ready to dial things up by working with clients and businesses, we’ve got you covered.
The Commercial Plan is for anyone looking to take things to the next level, be it through commercial work for clients or by monetizing up to three channels per platform.
With Epidemic Sound, you can publish your soundtracked content anywhere online you want without worrying about copyright or royalties. This means you can upload your content to the biggest platforms out there – as well as websites, games, apps, podcasts and more.
The Commercial plan now covers up to three channels per platform, meaning less back and forth when editing channels and more time to focus on telling your story. If you're producing content for others, you can easily clear videos published on their channels so they don't receive copyright claims.
You can use both complete tracks and separate stems (bass, instrumental, vocals) as well as cut the music as you need for your content. You can also use the music in digital advertising, marketing or promotion for a brand or company.
Our music is intended to be used as background music for your video or podcast production. But it’s not allowed to use the music on a standalone basis, such as in audio samples, sound libraries, music beds or via third parties.
The Commercial Plan is for freelancers and businesses soundtracking commercial productions (excluding cinema, TV shows, and TV ads.) Major publishers making over $5m per year and companies making more than $10m per year are not eligible for our Commercial Plan and should use our Enterprise Plan instead.
Yes, you have full sublicensing rights, which means you’re covered to produce content for your clients to publish on their channels.
No, there is no termination period. You can cancel at any time and you’ll be covered to use our music and sound effects until the next renewal period, at which point your subscription will be canceled and you won’t be charged again.
All videos published during an active subscription will be cleared forever.
Any videos published after the subscription period has ended will not be cleared.
Yes, as long as it's an online campaign and you’re not a major corporation or publisher, or government entity.
