As we celebrate what would have been her 30th birthday, we are privileged to introduce "Valkyrie" by the late Swedish-Cuban songwriter and producer, blac bamboo. The track showcases blac bamboo's exceptional and innovative production skills within the future bass genre she was so passionate about. Its stunning build-up and release feature oscillations and harmonies that create a spacey and melodic atmosphere. black bamboo expressed her utmost pride in producing the song "Valkyrie," considering it to be one of her best tracks thus far in her career. One contributing factor towards this was her exploration of a new and novel production technique. She ingeniously incorporated visuals from her beloved anime shows and video game sequences, drawing inspiration and motivation from them during the music-making process and while she was producing. The profound connection she felt with these visuals is unmistakably evident in the immersive depth of "Valkyrie."
