Music producer Dyalla is building a sonic world where hip hop and electronic music meets personal video storytelling. Rooted in boom bap and ‘90s NYC nostalgia, her style is built on self-made samples—soulful guitar riffs, vocal fragments, and playful textures that she twists, bends, and manipulates to concoct unexpected sounds. This process of creative magic defines Dyalla’s work, and it has led her to compose original music for top YouTubers and creators around the world, including Casey Neistat, iDubbbz, Simone Giertz, Jake Paul, and Andrew Huang. Dyalla’s music isn’t just for listening—it’s for living. Dyalla hails from Taupō, New Zealand and currently resides in the UK. Her professional journey began with an epiphany she experienced at a university lecture hall in Wellington, New Zealand, where the composer Disasterpeace spoke to her class about his work scoring video games. Sitting in the audience, she saw her future take shape—one where music wasn’t just a passion but a career. She soon fell in love with the work of famed filmmaker and YouTuber Casey Neistat and began studying his favored music. After months of persistence, she caught his attention, and soon enough, he began commissioning her to compose beats to soundtrack his videos. “The determination I have for an alternative lifestyle where I use my love for music to create my future drives me more than anything else,” Dyalla says. “It was through one of my darkest times that this opportunity started to blossom, the light in the darkness.” Dyalla’s collaborations with Neistat, include scoring his Emirates First Class Suite review, a video that now boasts over 55 million views. Today, her music is woven into the fabric of digital culture—used by top creators, brands, and filmmakers worldwide.
